Singing Spurs

In order to raise money for neighboring Indians to irrigate their arid farms, dude ranch owner Jeff Carter (Kirby Grant), his sweetheart, Joan Dennis (Patricia White), the Hoosier Hot Shots (Hezzie, Ken, Gil and Gabe) and Indian leaders plan to run a fair for the tourist trade. But $2000, which they don't have, is needed for an advertsing campaign. Ken, Gil and Gabe decide that Hezzie must marry reportedly wealthy Clarissa Bloomsbury (Lee Patrick), who has a yen for him. Hezzie objects, but the other Hot Shots propose for him, planning to kidnap him just before the ceremony. When Hezzie asks Clarissa for a loan of $2000, she confesses that she won't come into her inheritance until after she marries. Meanwhile, the Indians raise the money themselves, giving it to Clarissa to give to Jeff. She hands it over to Hezzie instead and leaves Jeff and I.O.U. The note brings about a misundestandding with the Indians who go on the warpath after the Hot Shots. Everything is settled peacefuly - Jeff gets the money and Clarissa a former suitor.
